What is the city's greatest improvement need?
The Charleston Community Center across from the fairgounds is 8000 square feet and includes a large exhibition hall capable of seating 300. The Center also boasts a separate meeting room that seats 50, as well as a catering kitchen.
The Center will be used as an exhibition hall during the annual South Franklin County Fair, and also for banquets and receptions, both private and public.
Reservations may be made by contacting Tonya Sneed at 479-965-2269. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance, however the rental and cleanup fees must be paid when reservations are made. A complete set of rules concerning the center and its cancellation policy may be viewed or obtained prior to confirming reservations by contacting Tonya. Community Center Rules and Regulations

The Community Center has 300 chairs, 35 round tables, and a small selection of rectangle tables in various sizes. The kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.
